Direct Recruitment of Special Teachers
RELEASE OF LIST OF CANDIDATES CALLED FOR CERTIFICATE
VERIFICATION
The Teachers Recruitment Board was entrusted with the task of recruiting
Special Teachers for School Education / Elementary Education based on
employment exchange registration seniority.
The Teachers Recruitment Board has addressed the Commissioner of
Employment and Training to sponsor the list of eligible candidates at
the ratio of
1 : 5 for Physical Education Teacher, Drawing, Sewing and Music.
The Commissioner of Employment and Training has sponsored the
list of 6490 eligible candidates.
Accordingly, for the sponsored candidates the Board has proposed
to conduct certificate verification on 26-05-2010 to 28-05-2010 at 10
District Headquarters viz.
Tirunelveli, Sivagangai,
The Teachers Recruitment Board is now releasing the details of the
candidates who are called for the certificate verification.
The cut-off date for each category of posts furnished by the
Employment Office is also published herewith. If any candidate's date of
registration in the Employment Exchange is within the cut off date and
not found in the sponsored list, they may approach the Employment
Exchange, Guindy, Chennai - 32.
The list is being released to help the candidates, who are not in
receipt of the Certificate Verification call letter sent by this Board.
Candidates whose name found in this list may attend the scheduled
certificate verification by taking a print out from this website in
which their name and other Certificate Verification dates are available.
The details of the candidates may be verified by giving their Employment
number in the following format.

In the format, the first 2 digits represents the District code number(04)
which are given here under. The second is the year of registration
(1997) which is a 4 digit number
represents their year of registration. Next is the sex of the candidate
i.e. (Male/
Female)
and the last number is a 5 digit number which was written in the
Employment card. This should be 5 digit number, necessary zeros should
be used as prefix if it is less than 5 digit.
DISTRICT CODES
Utmost care has been
taken in preparing the list and in publishing them.
Teachers Recruitment Board reserves the right to correct any
errors that may have crept in.
Incorrect list will not confer any right of enforcement.
