RELEASE OF LIST OF CANDIDATES CALLED FOR CERTIFICATE VERIFICATION

      With reference to the above, Teachers Recruitment Board was entrusted with task of recruitment of B.T.Assistant for Middle/High/Higher Secondary for the year 2008-09 through employment exchange registration seniority. Accordingly TRB was requested the Commissioner of Employment and Training, Chennai-32 to sponsor the list of candidates for the post of B.T. Assistants.

     In the reference 2^nd cited above Commissioner of Employment and Training, Chennai-32 has sponsored the list of candidates for the post of B.T. Assistants. Accordingly Teachers Recruitment Board has called the candidates for Certificate Verification in the ratio of 1:2 and conducted the Certificate Verification on 24-10-2008. Teachers Recruitment Board has also conducted the supplementary Certificate Verification on 3-11-2008 for the candidates who are absented for CV and made representation to TRB for one more chance and also for the candidates who are sponsored in supplementary list forwarded by Employment Exchange on 10-10-2008.

      Some of the candidates who are not got their C.V. Call letter and also having their registration date within the cut-off date declared by TRB has made their representations on 3-11-2008  to consider their registration seniority and to include their names in the list and also requested to call them for Certificate Verification.

      In this circumstances, Teachers Recruitment Board is here by releasing the list of candidates who are called for Certificate Verification for the post of B.T. Assistants with cut-off date. This list is being released to  help the right candidates who are not in receipt of the C.V. call letter sent by this Board. The details of the candidates may be verified by giving their Employment number in the following format.

        In the format the first 2 digits represents the District code number(01) which are given here under. The second is the year of registration (1991) which is a 4 digit numbers represents their year of registration, next is the sex of the candidate ie (Male/ Female) and the last number is a 5 digit number which was written in the Employment card, this should be 5 digit number, necessary zeros should be used as prefix if it is less than 5 digit.
