TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited from reputed companies / firms with relevant experiences, up to 02.00 p.m. on 25.06.2012 for Scanning Printing, Compiling data base management and other recruit processing and other related works for a period of three years. Tender documents with the specification of terms and conditions, form for Technical Bid and Commercial Bid etc., can be down loaded from the websites www.tenders.tn.gov.in or www.http://trb.tn.nic.in A sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) has to be paid along with Tender application towards the Tender Fee in the form of Demand Draft obtained from any Nationalised Bank drawn in favour of The Chairman, Teachers Recruitment Board, 4th EVK Sampath Maaligai, College Road, Chennai 600 006 payable at the Indian Overseas Bank (Branch Code 1423), College Road, Chennai 600 006. The fee paid towards processing of application will not be refunded. A Pre-bid Conference will be held on 11.06.2012 at the Board’s Office. The Technical Bid of the Tenders received up to 03.00 p.m. on 25.06.2012 up to 2.00 pm will be opened by the Chairman, Teachers Recruitment Board or any other officer authorised by him on his behalf at the Chairman’s Office by 03.00 p.m. on 25.06.2012.
