RELEASE OF LIST OF CANDIDATES CALLED FOR CERTIFICATE VERIFICATION

                    The Teachers Recruitment Board was entrusted with the task of recruiting Graduate Assistant for Middle / High / Higher Secondary Schools for the year 2010-11 to be appointed in various departments viz.  Directorate of School Education, Directorate of Elementary Education etc. based on employment exchange registration seniority.

            The Commissioner of Employment and Training, has sponsored the additional list of eligible SCA candidates and Consolidated Supplementary List based on the Indent sent by this Board .  Accordingly, the Teachers Recruitment Board is conducting Certificate Verification for a total number of 1796 candidates from 10-02-2011 to 18-02-2011 (except 13-02-2011 and 16-02-2011) at Teachers Recruitment Board.

            The Teachers Recruitment Board is now releasing the details of the candidates who are called for the said certificate verification .  The subject wise cut off dates furnished by the Employment Office is also herewith published.

            The list is being released to help the right candidates, who are not in receipt of the intimation letter sent by this Board and also having their name in this list  may attend the scheduled date at Teachers Recruitment Board by taking a printout from this website.

            The details of the candidates may be verified by giving their Employment number in the following format.

            In the format the first 2 digits represents the District code number (04) which are given hereunder.  The second is the year of registration (1997)which is a 4 digit number represents their year of registration.  Next is the sex of the candidate i.e. (Male / Female) and the last number is a 5 digit number which was written in the Employment Card.   This should be 5 digit number, necessary zeros should be used as prefix if it is less than 5 digit.

            Utmost care has been taken in preparing the list and in publishing them.  Teachers Recruitment Board reserves the right to correct any errors that may have crept in.  Incorrect list will not confer any right of enforcement.
